This was previouslty reported back in 2019 as not working. It should be fixed by now right in Apple's own Email product.
I want to pinch/zoom when typing a mail message. I know Outlook for Mac supports this why doesn't apple mail?

FWIW, Mail doesn't support zoom using the pinch gesture. You would have to zoom the entire screen. Check System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom for the various zoom options.

Is User profile true and accurate MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.0 ?
If yes, suggest updating Monterey to current version 12.3 released March 14, 2022
I cannot see anything in the release notes that suggest this feature has been added in a later release than the one I am on.
Can you tell me if you know this was fixed in a later version but just not listed?

A - This implies the user may be or may not be running Monterey 12.3
I am not running Monterey 12.3 and from what Apple have published about the update it does nto contain a fix for this issue, if you believe otherwise then post some evidence.
