apple store wait time.

I went to the apple store at beverly center to buy ipad air 5 but I wasn't able to buy because they told me I got to wait until 4:30 to make purchase and I don't want wait more than 2 hours.

They also told me I can order online and pickup in the store but after I searched up my location in the apple homepage, "All currently unavailable In-Store Pickup" was on everywhere.

Is that happening a lot?

is there specific time to visit the apple store so I can buy with out waiting?

Unfortanatly, unless you have a designated pick up time at the Apple Store, there is no gurenteed that you will get the device. You must go to Apple.com and purchase the iPad Air, then select your local Apple store and choose pickup. If you believe that there is something that Apple can do to make your experience better, use the link bellow to report a problem.
