When editing a Memoji, customization options go blank!

Hello all, whenever I’m trying to edit a Memoji, the edit options initially show up, but after a couple of selections, they all go blank except for the color options. I can still select things, but I can’t see what I’m selecting.

I’ve attached a photo for reference. I’ve tried restarting my phone and get the same result. I’m in the most recent OS too. I’ve talked to a friend who just got a new iPhone, and he has the same problem.

Any advice?
