Payment method declined

I have been trying to upgrade my iCloud storage but I can’t it says my payment method was declined I really don’t understand I do have money on my bank card.

It's possible there was an issue with a previous purchase. Have you tried setting up a different payment method? If not, we recommend trying another payment method next.
