Apple keeps charging me 11.99 and I have removed my card off my phone and unsubscribed to everything. I don’t understand why money is being taken off my card after I have tried to stop it several times. I will need a refund because I’m tired of this happening.

Visit support.apple.com/billing to review your purchases, subscriptions, and billing details. You like have a recurring subscription.
