Hello I have lost all my contacts how can I retrieve them

That would depend on how you are managing your contacts. If you are using iCloud, follow the directions from 6x6. If you are using another email account, check that account online to see if your contacts are still there.

Using a browser, go to iCloud.com, log on, click Account Settings and click Restore Contacts in the Advanced section.
