Paramount+ Error Code 5
I recently downloaded paramount + and there’s been a few issues.
- When I initially subscribed for paramount + through the App Store, it auto generated a random email address that is tied to the account. I cannot sign in on any other device due to this reason. I can only sign on through my iPhone with Face ID. Is there a way to change this? The Paramount Plus support hasn’t been helpful since they can’t see my Apple ID as part of the account.
- Recently, I got a “fatal error” message while trying to view media. After some WiFi connectivity troubleshooting. I tried signing out of the app to see if that helped. But now I get the API error 5 code in the image below. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading But the error persists.
If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
