The way iTunes works on modern Windows computers (say Windows 10 or 11) is iTunes is an App in the Microsoft Store you download there. It updates on its own without ever having to update the app. Using this, I've never had to download a mobility USB driver for iTunes.

I believe it’s part of the iTunes install.

I think they need to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it.
