Medical ID screen appears and will not close after pressing Done

Why is this and how do I remedy?

Medical ID BS I try to press "done" when done creating my medical id, but it doesn't do anything. "Done" will fade as if I pressed it, but nothing happens.

Screen freezes then dims Quite often my SE 2nd gen screen freezes and nothing works and when I press the lock button it dims and after anywhere from 10 sec - 5 min it works again. Id take it into Apple Store but I believe my apple care + has expired. Also I can’t anticipate when it will happen to show them.

Try to force restart your iPhone:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
