I have an iPhone 6s that has FaceTime in Settings, but no icon on the home page. When I make a call, there is also no FaceTime icon in the upper right corner of the contact's page. I can and have received FaceTime calls. How can I initiate them?

Swipe your home pages left til you get to App Library

Locate Face Time or type Face in the search bar.

Tap & hold the icon and drag it to a home page.
