Where are you listening to the music at, on the iPhone or the Watch? If on the iPhone or Watch actually, you should see the Now Playing. If you do not, tap on the Now Playing icon on the top of the phone where you would see the Notification dot. Then, you can use the Digital Crown to adjust the volume. If playing music that is on the Watch, you would adjust from the Digital Crown as well.
