Safari tabs reappearing after closing and then disappearing when left open

We understand that you're having an issue with tabs in Safari. To clarify, are you using iCloud Tabs to sync tabs across your devices? This can be found in Settings > [your name] > iCloud.

You can clear website data occasionally to improve Safari performance. If you still need help, follow these steps:
