Forgot Passcode

Hi,

I have purchased an iphone11 this month. When I am buying, I have put one passcode to turn on and check everything for testing. Unfortunately, I didn't use that phone for around one week after buying it. When I took it to use, I realized that I had forgotten the passcode and tried more times which passcode is familiar for me. Now It shows that the iPhone is disabled and needs to connect to iTunes. Is it workable because I didn't use my apple id when I set the passcode?


Please share your experience and correct pathway to solve this problem

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 


▷ Forgotten iPhone login passcode.

▷ Forgotten Apple ID password.
