My apple XR keeps getting stuck in restart loop.

My phone keeps getting stuck in a restart or reboot loop about every 15 to 20 minutes it will do this.

this started just after the iOS 15.4 update.

Also you could have an aging battery. Check the health: iPhone Battery and Performance

i had to this problem with my daughters ipad... i had to connect it to a computer running itunes... can be a pc or mac. it must have the latest version of itunes. hold down the power button & volume key to restart the device while its connect to the computer... if you have an older iphone or ipad with the home button you will need to hold down the power, volume up, and home button all at the same time..... this will put your device into restore mode.... itunes will detect the device & present options to do a recovery or and complete restore.... try recovery mode first ... if not a full system restore should work then all you should have to do is restore from your icloud back up
