Recovery restart is stalled i need help!

Old Intel MAC is stalling when internet booting. Crash while running steam for the battletech robot game.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Close this one out! Took the box to Genius Bar. It's really old! Diagnostics revealed that NVDA driver set had been deleted in a steam based attack. Found out more about recovery but quite a mess!

Is it crashing while loading Internet Recovery? That may vary with the WiFi router providing the connection for it to boot and causing the problem there.
