iPhone 12 Pro issue not resolved after 5 months, how to escalate?
Hi,
I have been facing network and other issues with my iPhone 12 Pro ever since I bought it. Raised a case in Oct 21. Apple Support is still working and so far 6 senior advisors have changed.
Is there a mechanism to escalate it further or we live at the mercy of Apple Support?
