Hi I’ve been having problems with my iPhone 11 I thought it was my network provider but after doing some checks they said I needed to contact you here’s my Id from three they said you would need it

You have NOT contacted Apple. You have posted a Job ID number to a forum which is user to user only. Apple isn't here.
