Presto funds not loading; NFC not working with iPhone 12 Pro max
Had no trouble loading funds onto my presto transit card with my old iPhone X. Recently upgraded and I get this error message.

Let’s work to isolate what you’re encountering. Is this happening with all NFC usage on your iPhone or is it isolated to your PRESTO transit card?
A few basic steps we can take to start troubleshooting are:
- Restart your iPhone and test again. Restart your iPhone
- Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 15.4. That can be confirmed in Settings > General > Software Update
- If this error is appearing when using a third-party app then updating that app (How to manually update apps on your Apple device) and even deleting (Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch) and reinstalling it (Redownload apps and games from Apple) are valid steps.
