My Amazon app does not show any of my orders. I restarted phone and logged out of app and logged back in no success

Since you have already tried restarting, next you can see about deleting the app and adding it back again. See the information here, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
If you continue to experience a problem, the final step is to contact the App Developer. There is a link in that support document. Amazon is a 3rd party app and they would support their app, not Apple.
