Why is Siri always telling me it’s 81 degrees outside but when I ask her another question before and she say : I don’t have an answer for that, is there something else I can help you with. And I ask the temperature she gives me the right one.
That started only today. Yesterday she was fine.

A workaround is to ask specifically for the weather and temperature naming the location, such as “Hey Siri, what is the temperature in Podunk” even if you are in Podunk.

Thank you. I found the other topics after posting this and Siri has started working properly again about an hour after I posted this. I asked why at first because I thought it may have been a setting I had change by mistake or because of the latest update.

Is there something I need to change in my settings that will allow Siri to know my location when asking for the outside temperature? Just started today that Siri is telling me the incorrect temp.
No, you have to wait for Apple to fix it. The problem isn’t on your phone, it’s in the Siri server.
And actually, Siri knows your location, because it displays the correct location information.
Siri gives me the wrong outside temperature.
