How to restore medical-id on iPhone 13 pro max

I’ve accidentally deleted my medical-id info from my iPhone 13 pro. Is there a way to restore it? I really hope so because I had it very detailed.

Hello Unicorn-Jeff,

There's some helpful info regarding Health data being backed up here: Back up your Health data on iPhone

As the page helps to note, "If you sign in with your Apple ID, your health and fitness information in the Health app is stored automatically in iCloud. Your information is encrypted as it goes between iCloud and your device and while it’s stored in iCloud.

In addition to using iCloud, or if you aren’t using iCloud, you can back up your Health data by encrypting a computer backup. See Back up iPhone."

Content that's synced with iCloud, but not stored in an iCloud backup, will unfortunately not have an option to restore it after it's deleted.

Thank you for responding Eric_G1. This doesn’t really help me because my Health info was/is synced with ICloud so I was hopeful that it would be recoverable though I had no clue as to how to due as an individual piece of data to restore. So, I contacted Apple via a chat and the person I spoke to didn’t know if it could be done individually but suggested I restore the whole phone from a previous backup. Fortunately, I had a backup from just a few hours before to use. I am not confident with my ability to do a complete restore on my own, so I went to the store where I bought the phone and had them do the restore for me. After a little trouble with passwords, they supposedly restored the phone for me. Unfortunately, it seems like everything was back on my phone EXCEPT for my health info. So, I gave up and have started to try to rebuild the data though as it was very detailed, I wasn’t able to remember everything that was there.

I appreciate the info you supplied but you weren’t able to tell me a way to restore the data when it was synced through iCloud and that’s what I was hoping for. Again, thanks anyway!
