Wi-Fi connection

Since changing from an 8 Plus to a 13 Pro Max, I have had problems connecting to one particular Wi-Fi cloud hotspot. My device picks up the network, connects but keeps saying unsecure network and will not let me access the internet. The only way around it is, to reset/clear all network settings then scan the hotspot QR code. I can then access the internet but have to rejoin all the other Wi-Fi networks, home and work etc. Any ideas on how to resolve this frustrating issue?

Hi there. I have tried the forget network method but it doesn’t solve the problem. When I reset all the WiFi settings and scan the QR code, it takes me to a page that asks me if I want to login to that network. When I click yes I can access the internet, if I don’t reset all the wifi settings, that login page doesn’t appear. I can’t work out how to get to that login page without resetting all the wifi settings.
