This question isn't about a specific device. I have a subscription for music and want to change the credit card. It seems like this should be an easy process, but I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to do it.

This says it will change how everything is paid to Apple. I have actually entered 2 payment methods somewhere in the system, but it is paying for 2 subscriptions with the same card. I want to pay them with different payment methods. I thought I could do this?
You can't, except by manually reordering them before the payments come due, or if one's on a Family Sharing subaccount, redeeming gift cards into it.
