The name on my support profile is NOT my name... nor what is on my AppleID. It's a name I legally changed over a decade ago. Why is this not able to be changed? I'm not married to the ******* who's last name is shown.
For the Apple ID, use the link below to sign into your Apple ID, and you can change the name on your Apple ID. After signing in, go to the Personal Information section, and then Name.
Good Morning 🌞. Ok, well it's morning anyways . . . I came to this question because I have the same Q; but all you answered was how to change the Apple ID name. Could you now answer the first question, "How do you change your Support Profile Name?" Pammama was not what I typed, or at least not what I meant to type in, (maybe I was a wee bit drunk, I don't remember hmmm), and I'm not sure that I always want the same profile name. Also, can we not use our own photos/avatars, I don't want to be like everyone else, I never have been like anyone else. I was able to change the avatar to something slightly less boring. My own compass is a heck of a lot prettier, but the one I used when I backpacked was simply functional; more important in the wilderness ;-)
You see, I'd like to ask my stupid questions under a lot of different names and avatars please!
