subscribing when payment is made through PayPal
Trying to signup for Apple TV subscription.
Requires credit card info.
My account pays through Paypal

As it is not giving you an option to subscribe to Apple TV+ with your PayPal account, ensure you are able to use it in your location by reviewing Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID.
If so, check your payment method to ensure it is signed in correctly to your PayPal account and not requesting any additional information. To check your payment method, follow Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
If this is correct, test subscribing to Apple TV+ on a different device and see if it works. If it doesn't work, you may want to consider reaching out to Apple by using this Get Help for billing and subscriptions or this Contact Apple Support.
