iPad and iPhone location compatibility
I’m trying to get my new iPad location on my phone but they can’t connect through Bluetooth, so can someone please help me with my situation?

That is correct. Apple devices never overtly connect to each other using Bluetooth.
You seem to (incorrectly) assume that this is part of the method to see your iPad's location on your iPhone.
