Thanks for everyone help, I believe there is problems with Mac OS Default can not recognise the text format in this document, this document originally was the word document, I have adobe acrobat in my mac, I open it with and it converted it to pdf, as I said before, it can be open with chrome, and be open with google Document, because I don't trust pdf and I don't want to save it in pdf, I want to save it in word, for 3 days I failed to do it, now after trying Unicode [ UTF-8 ] and tick the 3 box, the document open in word but still unreadable, it was giving me warning that the document is damaged or unsupported format, it says I should use text editor, I did it and it became readable but all the wards was cross over and everything stuck, the mac color bold start rolling and and no ending, I tried forced quit it can't be done, unexpectedly Mac update was waiting for me to download, I went for it and it forced close, I went back after the update, I opened the document with word, it was still not readable, I can see that, I always use bold, bold italic, Ariel, those kind of staff on the top bar there, it was [ courier new ] there, I click on courier new drop down and I changed it to bold and immediately the text became readable, it was that " COURIER NEW " which is not supported by Mac OS { Default } and can not, the person who sent me the document use that courier new and that is why the document can't be open by word. I learn the hard way, thanks everybody who tried their best to help.

MS Word v16.31 and later can open PDFs and produce a formatted Word DOCX from the PDF. I do that here with Word v16.59 (current).

If your version of Word is older than above, or there is something within that PDF that newer versions of Word cannot process, then you are done, and you will need to open the PDF in a suitable PDF reader and copy/paste the content into Word.

Changing the text encoding in your posted example will be a complete waste of time.

That's a PDF document. You can't open it with Word. Word can open most popular types of word processing documents, but PDF is just a really strange beast. PDF is little more than a digital fax. It serves the same role in society now.

An Office 365 subscription does have an online service that will convert a PDF to Word. There are lots of online services that will do the same thing for free.

thanks for your help, the document itself is not a pdf document, however, it is open with pdf, chrome and google Document, the document can be open with word but it is not readable as you can see in the screenshot, it is beyond my knowledge, the default, Mac OS [default] Should have done everything automatically but it is not, i use others unicode [ utf-8 ], I tick those 3, insert the line break, allow characters substitute and add bi-directional marks and below is what you can see.
