Cannot log in to my Apple ID in App Store

I have another Apple ID and I sometimes use it in App Store to download apps in other regions. Each time I switch my account, I would need to enter the authentication code sent to my phone number or MacBook. However, lately I cannot log in to that account because I don’t receive the code on my MacBook or text. I also tried the call, but I didn't receive any call. I don’t know what to do.
