Apple Pay - how long does an eBay refund take?

I purchased an item on eBay using Apple Pay. The seller decided the item was faulty and refunded me immediately. That was almost 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive the funds. My eBay account clearly shows that a refund was made. Is this normal? eBay customer service (UK) is non-existent.
