On an Apple TV, how do I change my TV provider?

On an Apple TV, how do I change my TV provider? This is model A2169 running OS 15.3.

In a previous answer from June of 2020, it said to go to your provider and delete it, enter a new provider. I don't see the option to delete the provider once I get to the provider.

Guidance please?

Steve,

This may require resetting the Apple TV and starting over if you cannot find a solution. However before going to that extreme I'd recommend calling AppleCare and see if they have a better solution.
