I can't find Apple Wallet on my Mac

I looked for directions to find Apple Pay on my Mac. They all say go to preferences, but neither the Wallet nor Apple Pay is listed anywhere on my system preferences? Where is it?

So, it looks like the keyboard has to have Touch ID....mine does not. Could that be it?

Do you have High Sierra (10.13) or later installed on your Mac?


Also, I'm not sure if the following from Use Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac - Apple Support is a requirement before the Wallet app will appear in System Preferences but it may be:

If your Mac or Magic Keyboard has Touch ID, you can use it to make payments on websites that support Apple Pay.
