Samsung UE50 displays basic on the apple tv+ app

Agreed to install a software update to my Samsung UE50TU8507 & now all the other apps still seem to be working apart from Apple TV. The graphic logo is no longer visible on the app & when I open it a message displaying the wording ‘Basic’ is on the screen.

I have tried to go to settings to reinstall but the app isn’t showing on the list. I think this could be due to the fact that the tv came with the app so isn’t on a list of ones that I’ve downloaded myself!
