I replaced my phone with a new one now I get AirPods detected notifications.

these are my headphones how do I get it to stop saying it's someone else's?

First, erase them from your phone by tapping “Forget this device”. Then, you have have to factory reset the AirPods by opening the case and holding the button on the back until the light flashes white. Now re-pair the AirPods as if they were new. This should solve your problem.
