Photo Booth does not find Logitech camera

I have a Logitech C615 webcam connected to my Mac Mini. The QR Code app recognizes it, Logitech's Camera Settings app recognizes it (even both at the same time), Zoom recognizes it, but Photo Booth shows a black window and Menu / Camera says "No Camera Available."

Of course there's a camera available. Other apps can use it. How can I get it working in Photo Booth?

Mac mini, macOS 12.3

Hey there marty39,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We're happy to provide some assistance.

Since this does not occur across all apps, the steps here may help:

If an app on your Mac stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

If the issue persists, let's see if this occurs in safe mode to help isolate the issue:

How to use safe mode on your Mac

We hope this helps.

Have a great day!

Thanks, Rob, but that's not the problem. Photo Booth responds to everything I can do with it, like tiling the window to the left of the screen, or turning an option on and off. It just doesn't connect to the camera. Anyway, I did close and reopen Photo Booth, several times, and I did restart macOS, and I have automatic updates. Is there a way to delete and redownload Photo Booth? I can't find it on the App Store.
