Can't remove from desktop on Mac

This appeared on the desktop of my Mac computer and I can't remove it. It doesn't show up in Finder or Apps and it has looked exactly like this for days now.

Have you tried restarting your iMac? Does it still appear after a restart? If so try starting into safe mode How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
