iPhone 11 Pro restart

For the past few days my iPhone 11 Pro has been lagging really bad when it comes to taking photos or running 2+ apps at the same time. I was taking a video the other day and it lagged the video and restarted my phone. Now when I have 2+ apps open it will restart and go back to normal. Does anyone know what is wrong????

Try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
