Sexual adverts during kids games

How do we stop this happening? I’ve searched for answers to no avail.

my child is playing a fidget trade game and an advert for EPISODES comes up with sexual content. It’s not the only kids game this has happened with.

surely there is a way to ensure only she appropriate ads show up for kids?
