Whatsapp double cursor (ghost cursor flickering)

Hello guys,

I am using whatsapp on my Iphone 12 mini, updated, whatsapp as well.

Since december 2021, I have a random bug appearing sometimes, especially while writing a long message, I have a second cursor appearing and flickering, 2/3 lines above the real one, and following vertically the real one.

I have reached whatsapp support that can not answer my question neither Apple support that diagnosed my phone through the tech support.

I did not find anything on internet concerning that specific bug or ...

I will post here, with the message, a gif showing that phenomenon. Sorry for the quality of the gif, it cannot exceed 5Mb... You will notice the second cursor when the "test" message is getting deleted.

I reinstalled and updated whatsapp completly and it is still there...

Hope someone will have the same bug or get an answer here.
