I cannot re-download Shoppee (Malaysia)

Hi,

The other day I offload shopee apps because I want to save my data storage, but now I cannot re-download it again even though I have 10 GB more data storage. Other apps were downloaded smooth like butter. I have tried several tips but they do not work. Few steps that I already tried are:

1. Forgetting my network settings and reconnect to few strong wifi options
2. Sign out apple id and sign in again
3. Reset date and time settings and country in apps store
4. Refresh the app store

Any solution? Thank you.
