Arizona is signed up. My IOS is updated. My Wallet app is updated. The publicity has been tooting the horns for weeks ... why doesn't my Apple Wallet in Arizona have the driver license option to add it?

The ID is added from an external app and/or website run by/for the state.
(much like boarding passes are added to your wallet from an airline’s app or web site)

Arizona is the first state to allow Apple drivers licenses -- the option to add an ID is not available on Apple Wallet
