Hi. I have a late 2013 MacBook Pro. The bluetooth connectivity buffers off and on, meaning that I cannot use my mac keyboard or mouse when linked up to a monitor. Have tried switching off and on, reset module, remove all devices etc., but still doesn't work. Is there a sequence that I should follow to do this. there does not seem to be an option to debug the bluetooth. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have a 2010 MacBook and I can use the debug option. hold down the option and shift keys and then click on the bluetooth icon. Debug- then pick what you want to do.

That is the bluetooth debuting. Is this the Apple magic mouse and keyboard?

Are you connecting it to your monitor? It will not work that way.
Thank you for your kind reply. I don't have that option to debug on my 2013 machine. However it seems to be happening to another more modern iMac computer in another room in the house also, so maybe not the actual machine. Something interfering with the bluetooth signal perhaps?
sorry, no debug option when I do that, just "reset the bluetooth module" , "factory set all connected Apple devices" and "remove all devices". I have tried them all. No joy. Still bluetooth buffering in and out making keyboard and mouse use impossible.
