How do I delete my personal email addresses I no longer use?

I have four active email addresses in Mail. ****@me.com, ****@mac.com, ****@icloud.com and ****@icloud.com. I know longer want to have the me.com or mac.com addresses active as I don't use them.

How can I remove, delete these addresses from my Mail account so they will no longer accept mail?
