com.apple.asr snapshot

I've got a 682GB snapshot dated March 14, 2021 labelled "com.apple.ars.33256. I just replaced my Time Machine drive, so all the TM snapshots are new. I thought it belonged to Carbon Copy Cloner, but it didn't come from there. Today I learned about something called Apple Software Restore, but this isn't system data.

Can I safely delete this? It's taking up a *lot* of space. If so, how?
