storage

it says my phone doesn’t have storage in my photos but i just payed for 200 gb a month and if i go in setting shows but not with photo’s

You need free space on your iPhone not your iCloud.

The iCloud Storage is for your backup and sync services, it does not increase what you have on iPhone.
