Troubleshooting an Inaccessible Account:
Change the Phone Number and Get Back In:
You need to change the phone number to one that is not assigned to an Apple Account. To do so, contact Apple Support, and ask the Apple Rep to modify the photo number to what it should be. Stay on the phone with the Apple Rep to be sure that you are able to get back in.
Contact Apple Support:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Proceed from there as necessary
