lsregister remove uninstalled app entries

I have completely uninstalled Parallels from my macOS Monterey 12.3 but it is still being listed in:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -dump|grep parallels

all roles:                  com.parallels.desktop.console

all roles:                  com.parallels.sharedapplink.agent

How can I remove it?

I have tried:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -delete

and

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

but it's still there.

The launch services database includes all current (or previously) visible volumes. The idea of a particular app being "installed" or not may not matter to launch services.

Try that command again, but without the grep. Just make sure to clear Terminal beforehand, because it spits out lots of data. But Terminal can handle it. Then, use Terminal's search feature to look for those bundle IDs. You should be able to see why they were included. Maybe there were on a volume that is no longer mounted. Or maybe they are in your downloads folder.
