Finding Incomplete albums

I'm trying to sift though my 900 odd albums in Apple music to try and find incomplete albums (like where songs are removed due to copyright reasons, no longer in the AM catalogue, or replaced by other updated versions etc..)

The only way i can see is via "Artists" side bar view, then "all artists" (in the 2nd column) then just go through them all...

Is there a better way?

I was hoping of something similar to "Show exact duplicates" option that shows duple shows from the same album, but for incomplete albums, but i couldn't find it.

You could try this: https://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/ss.php?sp=mxalbumsamiss.

For an easier manual scan use the Songs view and enable the column browser. You can then select the first album in the list and tap the down arrow on your keyboard to step through all albums one at time noting any inconsistencies such as incomplete album, missing artwork, split albums, etc. as you go.

I think trawling manually through songs is the only way.. This stopped me dead in the water:

correct... I even tried running the above under El Cap in VM (10.11) somehow just thinking but same message...

so no go with that website...

Anyway, it took me roughly 2 hours or so in column browser and Music app on Mac, but i think its all ok,, somewhat..

The thing is, i'll never know, because incomplete albums could appear and i wouldn't even know if i didn't this regularly.

So 97% is probably better than anything else i'm gonna get.

And I presume you can't/don't want to update to Big Sur or Monterey?

If you carefully check each new album that you add to your library then you shouldn't really get an new incomplete albums, or at least not any that you don't know about.
