Icloud storage downgrading options

Hi,

I have a 2TB storage icloud subscription and would like to downgrade it as I use less than a GB. Strangely, Apple only offers me 200GB as a downgrading option!! Before having a 2TB, I had a 1TB subscription and I know for sure there is a plan between 2TB and 200GB... I am thinking Apple is trying to force me keeping the same plan I have now. Not very honest if it is the case.

Anyone managed to find a way around this? All my photos are on my icloud account so I do not want to cancel my subscription obviously.

Also I will change country soon. My icloud subscription does not appear on the list of subscriptions (apple music does). Is it normal? Will it automatically be transferred to my icloud package with my new country? Hope my question is not too dumb ;)

Apple replaced the 1TB plan with the 2TB one for no additional cost.
