My Mac book froze in middle of upgrade and I can’t get it to complete. So it is unusable
My Mac froze during and upgrade and now is unusable. How do I resolve?

Try to force quit and reboot could works. If it couldn't try to reboot in recovery mode, then running First Aid of DiskUtilities could works.
