HRV auto measuring false values probably

Hello!

The problem is that my Series 7 Watch doing false HRV measuring if it's doing automatically. The values are always low (10-30ms). If I do a measurement in the Breathe app, the values are always good (60-120ms). Is there a solution to do this?

Thank you very much.

Hi Jaxdew,

Thanks for your reply.

Actually I don't think so if there is something wrong with my health, I go to doctor every half year due to my job.

My heart pressure is perfect always, they do EKG every time and it's good aswell. I do excercise walk at my job, daily 10-15 kilometers.

My daily average pulse rate is around 65-88.

I do use the Breathe app before and after I sleep, I use it 2-3 times at daytime too, the watch measures 60-120ms.

The problem still happening, at random time HRV measure values still too low. It was 9 and 10ms sometimes.

I think this is impossible and doesn't make sense.

Have a nive day! :)
